I downloaded the trial installation, installed it and opened an avi file to edit. The editing was straightforward. My problem is that I could ONLY save the file as a Corel project file. After doing so I tried to convert it to ANYTHING else. Their batch

So I tried the trial version. I was able to edit my AVCHD video with ease on my Windows Vista machine. Lots of transitions pretty good user interface, added sound channels easily, etc. Very nice!! Then I tried to create a DVD. Crashed on menu chapters

Having used a lesser and previous video editor from Corel (DVD moviefactory) this release essentially takes Moviefactory, adds several bells and whistles (good ones), tries to make it more intuitive (fails at it by removing the usefull stuff and slows
