I have been using Studio since Studo 8 was released, about 6 years or so ago.
Pinnacle support is very difficult and frustrating to deal with. Persistance will eventually get you what you need unless you are asking for support on a previous version

I bought Studio 10 in 2005 and after buying countless add ons to improve editing options eventually upgraded to Studio 12 in 2008. Havent used it since. I bought the Mercalli anti-Shake add on, but the patch you need before that doesn't

Ever since I have had Studio 11 Plus - trying to stitch or edit movies has been a nightmare! The program freezes my PC or files disappear - error messages are always present and basically the entire Studio 11 Plus program is a pile of crap!
