I have recently, based on all the reviews by the so-called experts downloaded the CyberLink PowerDirector7 trial version. It has all the problems you don't want!! I have a Thinkpad T500 with T9400 @ 2.53GHz running XP with 4(3)GB of RAM. It sees my new Sony HD camcorder but because my old tapes are not recorded as HD it keeps on giving me error. With the correct tape format it can't capture the video. It crashes after capturing 4 clips. crashing is what it does best! What a junk! CyberLink jokers please get your acts together. What a shame!
