I have had Pinnacle Studio 9;10Plus and now 14 Ultimate. There was not one of them that did work perfectly. On my latest purchase which is Studio 14 Ultimate, after the installation when starting Studio 14 Ultimate Collection I am getting the following message: "No IRQ Driver Selected",after that "Initialization Failed" and than it shuts down. I tryed to Uninstall, to reinstall again (through Control Panel), but, it wouldn't let me uninstall. Their RegDelete program is incapable of cleaning the computer from it. Manual removal takes forever. Technical support hasn't a clue what is going on. E-mails going back and forth with 2-3 days between their responses (3 weeks now). I will not go near Pinnacle product ever again! This one is clearly not working on Windows 7 64bit contrary to what their spec stated!
